文档关联知识曾允许选择“不关联来源”并提示保存成功，但后端仍按文档保留原来源。现在来源选择与网址只读并解释原因，保存其他字段时省略来源重绑参数；未关联文档的条目仍可切换、解除来源并保留独立网址。后端关联、版本、审核和权限规则保持原有行为，无迁移。

基于已合入 PR #56、#58、#59 的 dev，补齐来源选择的真实浏览器/API集成验收（关联 Issue #57、#52）。使用101个合成来源覆盖两页选择，验证名称/链接保存、解除关联、冲突错误及历史；独立HTTP确认微秒、旧历史/检索记录不变，冲突422、过期编辑/旧发布409、普通用户403，失败请求不写审计。

验证：前端时区6 passed、类型/生产构建和diff检查通过。本轮无后端代码变更，未重跑全量pytest或执行Embedding/生成调用。修正前及最终两个隔离Schema已独立确认删除，自有服务停止、临时浏览器标签关闭。复现及证据边界见 docs/SOURCE_SELECTION_ACCEPTANCE.md；Docker/HTTPS/多浏览器/改密等剩余验收单列保留。
