需求 / Issue

阶段2（10/19–10/23）资料收集与来源登记：收集 30–50 条可核验资料，覆盖红色文化、旅游资源、民宿服务、交通出行四类，全部以 pending 登记、经人工核验后定状态。

改动范围

docs/knowledge/material-ledger.md：资料台账登记表与表后说明。

最终状态

登记表共 43 条：31 条 verified、7 条 rejected、5 条 pending（示例/测试/栏目入口）。

verified 31 条：红色文化 8、旅游资源 10、民宿服务 7、交通出行 6，四类均达阶段2目标。
rejected 7 条：K-0006（2025 音乐节活动期交通安全提示，时效性强）、K-0019（百度百科词条过期）、K-0022（新华网旧文过期）、K-0025（援疆报道，不符民宿主题）、K-0028（与那拉提/新源/伊犁非直接相关）、K-0031、K-0036（链接打不开）。
pending 5 条：K-0001（示例）、K-0002（测试）、K-0008~K-0010（政府网栏目目录页入口），不含真实文旅信息，不计入正式资料。

核验方式

全部 verified 条目均经人工核验通过（2026-10-21/22）；被拒条目均注明不采用原因。联网检索所得摘要均标注「待核实」，未打开页面的条目已在备注注明。

测试命令及结果

仅文档改动，无代码/测试；git diff --check 通过。

无界面改动。

数据库变更

无。未修改数据库结构；资料入正式检索库前须经人工核验，本 MR 仅登记候选资料。

风险与回滚

纯文档改动，回滚方式为 revert 对应提交；不涉及接口、前端或数据库，无部署风险。pending 条目不会进入正式检索。

- reject K-0019 (Baidu Baike, expired), K-0022 (Xinhua, expired), K-0025 (aid report, off-topic)
- add K-0040 (red culture), K-0041 (tourism), K-0042 (homestay) as replacements
