本地原生 MCP Plugin。它不调用模型、不连接网络,也不读取笔记;只把 Agent 明确传入的目标、天数、每日时间、掌握度和薄弱点转换成可核验的学习骨架。
工具 `study-plan-kit.build_sprint` 会返回:
