yxxandClaude Code 948466f516 merge dev: sync source-selection and reconcile ledger clarifications 
- bring in source-selection feature and clarify commits from dev
- K-0006: correct to 2025 music-festival traffic guide (activity-period,
  time-sensitive), keep pending, not a general transport guide
- K-0008: rename to "风光名胜" directory page
- keep human-verified statuses for remaining pilot entries

- reject K-0019 (Baidu Baike, expired), K-0022 (Xinhua, expired), K-0025 (aid report, off-topic)
- add K-0040 (red culture), K-0041 (tourism), K-0042 (homestay) as replacements
- verify K-0038~K-0042; all four categories now meet targets (8/10/7/6)
