增强模板填写服务支持表格内容摘要和表头重生成

- 在源文档解析过程中增加表格内容摘要功能,提取表格结构用于AI理解
- 新增表格摘要逻辑,包括表头和前3行数据的提取和格式化
- 添加模板文件类型识别,支持xlsx和docx格式判断
- 实现基于源文档内容的表头自动重生成功能
- 当检测到自动生成的表头时,使用源文档内容重新生成更准确的字段
- 增加详细的调试日志用于跟踪表格处理过程
